Q. Can I buy products directly from your salon?
A. Yes! We have a pick up option only at this time, so if it suits you to pop by and collect them we'd love to see you! You can shop our products here.
Q. What happens if I want to return something?
A. You can return a product if it’s 30 days unopened.
Q.What is the difference between a rental or
salon-employed stylist?
A. Renters are self-employed and handle all of their own booking and pricing. Good Folk Salon employed stylists can be booked through the salon or our online booking service. Please see the meet the folks page to view our stylist.

I would like to purchase a Good Folk gift card. How can I do that?
A. We love gift cards! It’s a great gift. You can come into the salon to purchase a gift card and we can help you. Gift cards can be redeemed for both services and products.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, as a courtesy to your hairstylist. Anything less than a 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of your scheduled service(s). By scheduling a service with us and/or paying for any products or services, you agree to provide a card on file that will be securely stored in accordance with PCI compliance. Any incurred cancellation fees must be paid in full in order to book your next appointment with us. We understand that emergencies happen and each case will be evaluated fairly.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without communication for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” No-Shows will be charged 50% of their service for their “missed” appointment. By scheduling a service with us and/or paying for any products or services, you agree to provide a card on file that will be securely stored in accordance with PCI compliance. Your credit card will automatically be charged the No-Show fee of 50% of your scheduled services. 3 or more no-shows may result in the inability to book future services with Good Folk.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please give the salon a call immediately to let us know. We have a 10-minute grace period for all services. Anything more than 10-minutes will result in a cancellation which will incur our 25% cancellation fee. By scheduling a service with us and/or paying for any products or services, you agree to provide a card on file that will be securely stored in accordance with PCI compliance. Additionally, if you are running late, your stylist will determine if there is enough time to complete all of the services scheduled. Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the next client.
